Thanks for the comment. There will be more videos, more footage and longer sequences (i.e. a 30-minute workout, plus an additional 30-minute workout after the first 30 minutes if you still have the stamina and time). Just stay tuned to not just the blogs, but sign-up for my newsletter at www.action-fitness.com to stay abreast of other developments. With the newly designed workouts, you not only will be able to address all the corrective issues such as a bad back --I myself had herniated discs years ago, the reason for my becoming a trainer to help others--, but you will work on many moves focusing on your metabolic conditioning, your mobility and yes, more kickboxing routines (more moves, more footage).
The best part of it: it will be FREE! First 30 minutes always free, Elite members will have access to unlimited additional footage and if you have the info early enough, you may just be one of the lucky recipients for the Elite membership for FREE as well! No catch!

Greets and Salutes,

I found your 20 min video on exercise-tv and I use it 2 times a week. I have seen the moves from you article before but not in the sequence. I use the sequence from your video and the above article every morning to help keep my back in shape (herniated disk a few years ago). Continue to do what you do; it's good stuff.

That is the appropriate blog for anybody who needs to find out about this topic. You notice so much its nearly laborious to argue with you (not that I truly would want?HaHa). You positively put a brand new spin on a subject thats been written about for years. Great stuff, just great!

Here's the thing in my situation. I have since been terminated from Gold's. Why? Simply because I had a client base at another location for years which they wanted me to give up.
I didn't.
They cited a non-compete clause (I wasn't taking clients outside, but some followed me to my other location). All corporate gyms are set up for high turnaround. There is little to no difference between a great and mediocre trainer. The great ones leave, like you plan on doing. It's the nature of the business.
I have a better answer for you here on another post about your question and what happened exactly.

Great. How do you feel about training clients from that gym but at another location? 'under the rada'? I guess you can say it'll affect the quality of the session since you have a worry of being watched by other trainers that are employees there. I am trying this today. I think if I get approached I will sincerly ask why I can't train a friend who needs assistance and doesn't want to pay the gyms high rates?
